- Products. All fragrances are imported and sold as described on each product page. Bottle photos are illustrative; minor differences in packaging may occur.
- Pricing. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
- Orders. An order is confirmed once we contact you by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is invalid, or the customer cannot be reached.
- Payment. Cash on delivery and available online payment methods at checkout.
- Shipping. Governed by our Shipping Policy.
- Returns. Governed by our Refund Policy.
- Intellectual property. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
- Liability. Fragrances are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
