You may open and inspect the bottle in front of the courier before accepting your order. If the item is not as described, simply refuse the delivery at no cost.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Discounted bundles and free-gift promotions must be returned in full.
