TERMS & CONDITIONS — LAVIE PERFUMES

By placing an order on lavieperfumes.shop you agree to the following terms.

Products: all fragrances are imported and sold as described on each product page. Bottle photos are illustrative and minor differences in packaging may occur.

Pricing: all prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

Orders: an order is confirmed once we reach you by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is invalid, or the customer cannot be reached within 48 hours.

Payment: cash on delivery and the online payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property: all brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

Liability: fragrances are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

بإتمام الطلب على موقع lavieperfumes.shop فأنت توافق على الشروط التالية.

المنتجات: جميع العطور مستوردة وتباع كما هو موضح في صفحة المنتج، والصور توضيحية وقد يوجد اختلاف بسيط في العبوة.

الأسعار: جميع الأسعار بالجنيه المصري وشاملة الضرائب المطبقة، ويحق لنا تعديلها قبل تأكيد الطلب.

الطلبات: يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد التواصل معك تليفونيًا أو عبر واتساب، ويحق لنا إلغاء الطلب عند نفاد الكمية أو عدم صحة العنوان أو تعذر التواصل خلال 48 ساعة.

الدفع: الدفع عند الاستلام أو وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني المتاحة عند إتمام الشراء.

الشحن والإرجاع يخضعان لسياسة الشحن وسياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بنا.

الملكية الفكرية: جميع الأسماء والعلامات التجارية مملوكة لأصحابها وتستخدم لأغراض الوصف فقط.

المسؤولية: العطور للاستخدام الخارجي فقط، ويُوقف الاستخدام عند حدوث أي تهيج.

القانون الحاكم: تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
