RETURN & REFUND POLICY — LAVIE PERFUMES

You may open and inspect the bottle in front of the courier before accepting your order. If the item is not as described, simply refuse the delivery at no cost.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued within 7 to 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Discounted bundles and free-gift promotions must be returned in full.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال متاح خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته وعبوته الأصلية.

مصاريف شحن الإرجاع على العميل، إلا إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا أو خطأ أو به عيب مصنعي.

يتم رد المبلغ خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل بعد استلام المنتج ومراجعته.

مصاريف الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد.
